Brookfield Animal Hospital
Brookfield Animal Hospital is a progressive, three doctor, small animal hospital located in northern Fairfield County near Danbury, Connecticut. The hospital first opened its doors in 1966 as the Animal Medical Clinic. Dr. Michael Dattner and
Dr. Silke Bogart purchased the hospital in 1999 and changed the hospital’s name to Brookfield Animal Hospital. Construction of a new hospital was completed in July of 2008. They, at Brookfield Animal Hospital, strive to provide excellence in veterinary care, offering state of the art medical and surgical treatment options. They recognize that such excellence requires thorough communication of health care options to their clients.
They aim to treat their clients as they themselves would like to be treated, with professionalism and compassion, and to care for their patients as they would care for their own pets. The staff of Brookfield Animal Hospital strive to make your visit as enjoyable as possible for both you and your pet. The hospital’s receptionists will try to accommodate your scheduling needs and answer questions regarding your pet’s general health care. Should your pet need treatment or surgery, their certified veterinary technician will perform diagnostic testing, administer medications, and monitor anesthesia. During
your pet’s boarding or hospitalized stay, their veterinary assistants will provide companionship and expert nursing care.
