Pet Frontier does not sell dogs or cats. We recommend adoptions through your local shelter.
Pet Frontier offers a flat rate per order shipping charge of $9.99 per order. Some items we have determined either will not ship safely or cost effectively.
These items will be noted not available for shipping and are only available for in store purchase and pickup or with additional shipping charges applied.

Pet Frontier will determine the best shipping method which may include but not be limited to UPS, Fedex, USPS, or courier.
Currently Pet Frontier DOES NOT ship live animals or frozen products – these are currently available for in-store purchase only.
They can view them on their pages and then contact us for specific availability.
Red Dingo Pet Tags are shipped direct from Red Dingo to our customers. They may order multiple tags on one order as long as the shipping address is the same for all tags.
They do not offer layaway, payment plan, or on account payment options. They do not typically place any in stock item on hold unless it is prepaid to be picked up within 3 business days.
Live animals and frozen products must be taken possession of at the time of in store purchase unless arrangements are made for transport or housing issues.
Special orders are available. They have access to several different distributors who carry thousands of pet products. Any item not typically stocked by Pet Frontier must be paid in advance and picked up or shipping arrangements made within 3 business days of notification that the item is in stock.
